Custom Bikini Orders
- Custom-made bikini orders require up to 2 weeks for processing and production before shipment.
- Once your order has been completed, shipping typically takes 2–3 business days.
In-Stock Items
- In-stock bikinis are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays, product launches, and high-volume periods.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for hygiene purposes, we have a limited return policy.
Custom-Made Bikinis
- All custom bikini orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
In-Stock Bikinis
- We offer size exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, and have all original hygienic liners and tags attached.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email contactbikinibrat@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
